On February 25, 2021, the City hosted a Virtual Community Workshop to kick-off the Vision SMTX Comprehensive Plan! The goal of rewriting the Vision San Marcos 2013 Comprehensive Plan is to reflect the growth and changes our city has experienced since the original plan was adopted, while continuing to strengthen a San Marcos that is attractive, active, inclusive, safe, vibrant, and true to its character. 

During this workshop, the community helped set the vision and goals for the Vision SMTX Comprehensive Plan. These Vision and Goals will set the framework for elements in the plan.
