I thought I’d try to get the ball rolling since I’ve not seen anyone using this resource. What is one thing YOU want to come out of this process. . We are supposed to use this for discussion before and after meetings and to build consensus by hashing things out.

I’ll start: Small Area Plans so that homeowners and developers know for SURE what type of zoning is appropriate for each area – Neighborhood District 2, 3 etc. and where Mainstreet Commercial and small apartments etc. fit into to it the area.
